The Green Shed Bistro would like to introduce our new menu design and concept: stepping away from the formal structure of traditional restaurants and moving forward to a relaxed dining experience, that strives to deliver a variety of flavours and tastes and encourages the sharing of dishes.
Endeavouring to create and deliver Asian and Middle Eastern Influenced dishes, with a distinct Green Shed twist, we create our dishes using fresh and locally sourced produce; delivered in a dining atmosphere which is relaxed, professional and comfortable.
We believe its about being flexible and allowing the customer to decide their menu by choosing 2 or more substantial entree-sized dishes; Not only does this allow the customer to decide how much or little they feel comfortable with, but it allows people a chance for a shared experience of the dishes and the full spectrum of flavours, enabling a greater culinary experience.
The menu is structured as a 2 course menu, wherein customers choose two or more dishes, rather than a single course.

in historic Beechworth, The Green Shed Bistro blends and contrasts the rustic charm of open fireplaces and original ink stained walls with the modern Asian Middle Eastern fusion food
created by chefs and owners Megan Chalmers and Nathan Ackland whose 20 years experience leads them to source vibrant and fresh local produce to create the distinct flavours of The Green Shed.
Fully licensed and providing a wine list which showcases the richness of the vast local wine region, as well as catering to a variety of palates through wines from around the world and Australia, the combination of the intriguing menu, relaxed dining setting and friendly service, The Green Shed presents an all rounded dining experience which aims to send customers away having had a new and enjoyable experience.
